For those of you who are still unsure of how the trading will function with NASDAQ, and to clear up a misconception about the potential NSADAQ listing price:
NASDAQ has several tiers for Listing, one of which requires a price of only US$ 4 to qualify. There are tiers that require a $5 price, but a listing can still occur at the $4 level. Were UNI to list on NASDAQ today, the Listing price, taking into consideration the 1 for 12 reverse split, the AUD 68 cent closing price and today's exchange rate of .836, would be US$6.82. This leaves UNI a wide margin for share price fluctuation and exchange rate fluctuation prior to the actual Listing Date. Once listed on NASDAQ, the price will fluctuate based on Market Factors.
As to the Australian CDI's after the NASDAQ listing, they are likely to trade an a par (parri pursu) with NASDAQ. Australian shareholders will be able to move their shares back and forth between NASDAQ listed shares and CDI's at their own discretion. If there is a difference between the CDI price, as adjusted for the number of Aussie shares per CDI, and the NASDAQ price, it is likely that there will be arbitraging until the two prices are parri pursu again.
