Has anyone experienced a dual listing?
What is the process?
Do they put out an information pack a few weeks before the they sell the shares.
Do they specify the number of shares and the asking price?
Wil we know what is going on long before the actual sale?
Will the offering be made to the public, or are some/all shares sold to sophisticated investors?
Are they going to be ADRs?
I have tried googling this stuff but haven't found a great source of information.
