When we make profits US companies in our market sector average a price 34 times earnings in contrast to OZ at 17 times.
Because the two markets are linked and there is no cost to switch. Say there is a 10c higher price in teh USA, you switch some share sell in the uSa and buy in OZ and pocket the difference. Thus the price will equalise.
