    Can someone answer this:

    When UNI lists on the NAS, will the number of shares available for trade effectively double?

    In other words assuming we all keep our CDI's here and dont convert to US stock, how many shares would be made available as part of the US listing?
    And if we all converted to US, how many shares would be on offer?

    Is the listing going to create some dillution?
