No diltion at all jlambus. Some of the insto raising was to US investors and there are millions of shares already trading on the OTC (pink sheets) and have been for a while so there will be some to trade there already, we have a couple of US investors on this forum also.
The only difference is if the Nasdaq stock is taken up by these people they will consolidate 6 for 1. So if they are trading at say USD90c then they would convert to USD$5.40 and if that person owned say 60,000 shares at current (USD90c) then that would convert to 10,000 shares at the USD$5.40.
