I am a very happy PRR shareholder . I have emailed you in the past and have really appreciated your responses.

Congratulations on a most successful Capital Raising. You must be most pleased that your hard work is paying off.

I will be participating in the SPP and hope to receive a full allocation.

All sounds like it's full steam ahead and as shareholders can I relay that we are really enjoying the ' ride' to date.

There appears to be some confusion as to the ' mechanics ' of how the Nasdaq / ADR ' works' .

When will the Marketmaker BNYM be likely to purchase shares for the American Investors... will this be before the Nasdaq listing or after the listing ?
Answer
" 1.Market maker will purchase shares when the SEC clears the process. There is typically 10 days for this to happen before the NASDAQ listing becomes effective. "

Question 2.
How many PRR shares will be available for trading on the Nasdaq ?
Answer
" 2. This is upto the market maker to decide "

Question 3.
Are shares sold on the Nasdaq then purchased from the ASX PRR shares the next day ?
Answer
" 3.This is again a decision for the market maker to decide as they probably want to balance any currency or T+3 risk "

Does the market maker sell shares ' backwards and forwards ' between the 2 exchanges ?

" 4. Yes

When do you anticipate CVac being available ' commercially ' in Australia

Do you have any more rabbits to pull out of your hat like the cap raising and the ' Duabi medical centre announcement ?
