Is there to be a stock float with the listing on Nasdaq?
If so how many shares do you think?
I find it hard to get my head around how many shares are available to trade on the Nasdaq and where the liquidity would come from. Assuming the cornerstone investors are in for the long haul, some kind of public offering would surely be a welcome boost to the coffers as well as provide some trading liquidity in this stock. There is mention of some mechanism to interchange Nasdaq Shares for SDI's but I see that as being one way traffic.

There is nothing like a stag profit on listing to bring some attention to a stock.
