    Suresh, Alan can only say what he is authorised to say, as the CEO, on behalf of the Board of Unilife.

    If he can't say anything due to the legal aspects of the negotiations, he can't say ANYTHING!

    It doesn't mean that nothing is happening.

    IMO.
