Yep they have a holiday so the price is redundant.

It's a coin flip today - move close towards closing the gap down at 74 cents or higher to 60 day MA at 91 cents.

I won't be buying until gap at 74 is closed. I think they'll want to close it as there is time to do so and no immediate expectation that a signed BTA will drop asap. NTP won't happen until after Trump's inauguration.
