The one who put in $5mil to the CR at 25c is not stupid. Far from it.
The buyers on NASDAQ pushing sp up big time last week for a reason obviously. No one is stupid enough to buy it up 500% last week on 131mil volume. They must have some inside info and must have seen something very compelling.
Management gave a hint in the CR ann yesterday of add-on acquisitions using the new raised fund must have a big plan to take this company and its product to market.
Something is brewing and it must be very big news.
I am happy to take a position at current sp today.
