Roo I fail to understand why dndn didn't or dont get ema approval? Surely the market in Europe is worth chasing. I think this is a significant difference that will nerd to be considered when prima are in the commercial stage. How to supply te globe! Not just USA! I undertnd we have a different cancer with different numbers affected but with USA Aus NZ euro zone and Japan now middle east. Surely dendreon will be lagging in mc once we are all over the world! 2-3 years time will be a better time for cancer sufferers. I think choosing an orphan drug is great way to get the technology in place and proven while backing up the future for other forms of cancer will be a blessing for all having to wait no longer.

Let's hope any competition will have to use cvac not chemo as the STD of care when starting their stage 3 in the very distant future.
