I believe that for a stock to be hammered in NASDAQ, it must do pretty bad in whatever it does. US investors are always positive while investing. The stock will be sent downwards (more than 10%) generally only in extreme circumstances. So if UNIS was battered yesterday, then it must be doing something that it is not supposed to be doing.
This is primarily one of the reasons why people list their companies in the US. US people are generally very positive. Also remember the bankruptcy protection. LOL.
