I still cant understand the confusion expressed over the Nasdaq listing. I have posted on more than one occasion the words of Chairman Lucy Turnbull that tells us the companies current position. Here are her words again:

"The process has taken longer than we anticipated, but we remain committed to the listing and hope to be in a position to provide further details and confirm a listing date soon."

There is no inkling that the company is deliberately holding it up. Given the above statement imo it would be improper if that were the case. The Chairmans word is good enough for me. The level of listing is higher than some ADRs and perhaps its not that simple a matter to gain listing approval.
