I support you there. I was at the AGM and questions were raised about the listing on NASDAQ. There was no attempt by Lucy Turnbull or Martin Rogers to deflect any questions. They simply stated the process was taking longer than normal. It might be appropriate for those that are concerned to look at this site

It sets out the criteria for listing on NASDAQ. It is not a straightforward process.
