Yes, I am not any expert but I would that thd rules or criteria are not the same ADR type listings.
Does anyone think Prima fall short of all the rules that actually apply and not be aware?!
If it were true the SEC would have rejected Prima.
They have not.
Plus for Marty to sat that are fully compliant must mean that there has dialog about what the criteria is.
I'm still very optimistic. If anyone isn't then please please sell me your shares :)
