uk own almost 70% vti
when this goes it will really go in my opinion .and imo it is easy thinking that the usa will want in , i would expect penstate to back bauxsol . especially if the greener11 bill is passed . as the governoris a true greeny ..
this is only my opinion and i am not an advisory . vti is still a spec play until contracts are signed ,
