It is certainly my belief that the National Nominees represent the ADR held via the NASDAQ, a more interesting question is exactly how are the voting rights for these shares handled. Do the holders of the ADR's get voting forms prior to the AGM. This may not be ultra important at the moment but if a US big pharma decided to make a play for Prana those ADR's and their voting rights might be of critical importance. Does anyone know the answer to this issue.
