The only people capable of shorting AJX IMO are those who took up options at around 60c as part of the placement a year or so ago. I suspect at the margin it is one reason the price struggles above 60c as they can sell their stock and are hedged via the option. By the same token, below 50c there is not much of a hedge except against a takeover or big contract, so the arbitrager would bev50c bid 60c seller perhaps at the moment and trade the volatility.
