Ok -- lets put ourselves in a Nasdaq investors boots for a minute.

Ok - first we have the listing - which many will notice. (time doesn't matter - anywhere from here for a few months).

If it's earlier than July - they will go on the financials we see now.

Lets say we list in July this year - which is more realistic.

The quarter report comes out at the end of July -- then the full year financial report comes out at the end of August.

Both are going to read very well --------- both will be plastered with Taurean type charts.

Now - are the Nasdaq potential investors going to be interested in current revenue growth charts and the like - which show massive quarter by quarter growth for several quarters - and, hopefully CFP etc. -

or are they going to be more interested in news from management bloopers back a almost 2 years ago?

Also - 99.9% of them won't even know what a hot copper is - they will think it's warm penny.

So - how exactly would we be slaughtered?

Now --- lets say for instance that the said Nasdaq investors live under a rock and don't look at quarter growth and financials and that sort of stuff --------------- and, they do notice our news anns. and aren't impressed.

Exactly what action can they take to the negative?

One or two seconds thought has now told you because you are astute ----------------- they won't buy - ie. they will take no action.

Right -- so, that's the worst ------------- no buying.

So - how exactly will that 'slaughter the share price?' ----------------- Well, in short ----------------- it can't.

They can't sell any stock -------------- because of one simple reason -------------- they don't own any.

IMO - the risk is up -------- certainly not down from Nasdaq.
