Agreed, and I think that's the reason for the listing delay (as well as the HK one). The Dr. was expecting the CFDA long ago, and obviously gave indicative listing timelines accordingly. Remember, he's the biggest shareholder, he wants this to go forward with all guns blazing too.
As for the 3-6 timeline, I don't think that applies any more. Perhaps 3-6 weeks after CFDA and MOU conversion into contracts, yes, but 3-6 weeks from now? What's the point? Would the Dr. want to go to sophisticated US investors saying, "hey, we've got over $10 million in contracts signed for this year and the next." Ow would he rather say, , "hey, we've got over $100 million in contracts signed each year for the next 5 years, plus recurring revenue, plus... etc."
Just my opinion, but listing won't happen until after CFDA and revenue numbers for the subsequent 12 months are firmed up.
