Your are quite correct with regard to the non existance of GMV on the register for the Nasdaq IPO. I'm not sure why I didn't check the register myself, but I just assumed that they had submitted the paperwork as per the company update in Jan this year. I agree with you that there wont be any listing prior to May/Jun this year and I would even hazard a guess that it could be forced further out into possibly the Aug/Sep period, based on the fact that GMV dont appear on any of the Nasdaq Listings.
This could be a blessing in disguise, as it will allow GMV to gain the approval for the CFDA and allow them to be in a stronger position going forward with the FDA OTC Approval and allow for some existing IMO's to be converted into contracts.
I know that this is not what SH's want to hear but alot of this is out of GMV's hand (CFDA) and I'm positive that Dr G and his team are doing their utmost to promote and propel them forward.
