I have absolutely no problem with further dilution of the register as I believe this is one of the reasons that the sp is being held back. Look at the amount of shares on offer. No big insto is looking at gmv and thinking they can make decent gains with what is available let alone several.

I would be extremely surprised to see us list on the nasdaq in April and even more so on the hkse listing this fy.

I agree with Glyco, I think the result of the cfda will have little bearing on nasdaq listing and in the meantime plenty of other mous to convert or new opportunities to announce. That said hkse listing will not taken until cfda certification is achieved. Plenty were singing and dancing that all we needed was revenue. It's here and yet...

Hi Axbci, I just want to query your comment on dilution. If the CEO gets another 100 million shares, I don't think it will have the effect you mentioned because he doesn't seem inclined to sell his shares. As a result, the number of shares on offer to the market will probably remain the same.
