Performance shares are from the IPO in May 17. I suggest you read the Prospectus. The performance shares only become realised if the milestones are met, if they are not met, the shares don’t exist.

Thanks for giving your insights PJ. I guess that one advantage of the CEO owning another 100 million shares is that he will be future-proofed against a takeover.
