Don't know when it will cease trading .. depends on when NASDAQ is going to happen. Won't be delisted until some time after an EGM (or the AGM in late November) .. at which share holders will be asked to approve the move to NASDAQ.
Yes you will need a US broker account ... some local brokers have this service too .. eg commsec.
NASDAQ listing price is expected to be way higher than even today's price and then it is expected by some to double again as it will be floated at a PE of 15 ... and NASDAQ stocks are more typically 30+
