LYSCF trading volume today is 1.699M, almost 5 times the volume of LYSDY's 344K. My understanding, since LYSCF traded directly on OTC without any bank as middleman (ADR: negotiable securities issued by a bank), there is less limitation (or none?) on the volume that can be involved in the trading, so the liquidity is much better. Potentially any shares on the ASX can be easily converted over and traded on OTC as LYSCF on a different time zone. If LYSCF taking the lead, US market may suck a lot of shares from ASX into OTC, while LYSDY is limited by the issuing bank's number of shares, until listing on NASDAQ. Any expert on this topic please correct me if wrong. Thanks.
