nasdaq

I was hoping someone could enlighten me as to the mechanics of TZL listing on the Nasdaq sometime later this year (I'm an engineer, so not that familiar with the investing world!)

For example, are existing TZL shareholders offered Nasdaq shares based on their number of shares OR will TZL have listings on both Nasdaq and ASX OR will we need to sell TZL prior, and purchase Nasdaq shares seperately through their IPO???
