Please, you almost spoilt my lunch with your questions. To be honest, I cannot offer an educated, insightful answer to any of them. I can, however, wait as patiently as possible for the announcement at end of this month. What the consequences of your proposed scenarios amount to do not know. Please enlighten me. I do know that if I sell my parcel before I know the facts, then I may be giving myself a very good reason to give myself an upper-cut in the near future. Is there any reason/evidence that the scenarios you think possilbe may actually occur?
