Sorry, can't see the report you are referring to. Trust me I would be happy to be proven wrong, however the evidence is that a delay may be announced very soon. Why else are my enquires going unanswered? The market would have to be informed prior to a single investor.
Again, I do hope I am wrong. Worst case, is that I'm correct and I'll load up again on IMC if the price plummets.
However, unfortunately my IMCOB may be worthless and will not recover prior to Nov 19.
