I think I agree with @cpm92 and @Stumpedup. It could definitely have been overpriced or based on overly optimistic modeling during IPO but at these levels it should be seen as pretty cheap by the BOD and management. Will be interesting to see whether any of them make any moves.
The senior leadership's personal wealth is pretty much tied to the share price, so they have all the incentive in the world to turn it around. Might wait a bit longer to see whether the share price stabilises, but am thinking of a top-up.
