A big thumbs up to you for that post Toph as it basically explains my reasoning for having a sell as my sentiment at the moment.
According to this report EXT will have a NPAT in the year 2014! of 180.5 million.
This essentially means that EXT is trading at a forward P/E of around 10.65 which is a very high valuation for a company not producing for 4-5 years.
These are just the facts and eventually reality will settle in.
I personally think that it would be reasonable and fair to say that a forward P/E of 5 would be more realistic for a great company like EXT as it has huge future cash flow potential.
In 8 years time it could be generating 500 million in profit p/annum as per the report.
