I'd say, 1st off, war is a nasty business and casualties have to occur. We arent and cant revert to bows and arrows with limited casualties

The same arguement be put to justify the setting of a dirty nuc in the US. Something that probably would be less damaging than the combined force of the bombs that will be used on Iraq regardles how smart they are.

Innocent civilian lives carry the same value regardless of their race or religion.

Yes we can not go back to using bows and arrows but the fact is if the US or any other country of military might is going to use that might on a less defensive country then it has to be expected that the country will fight back with what ever means it has. If one person comes at me I will fight fair if ten come at me I will use what ever I need to to defend myself.
