We need an experienced, confident, results-driven National Account Manager with proven beauty/cosmetics retail sales experience to become a key person within a small, but dynamic and proactive team. Working closely with the VP Cosmetics & Personal Care you will manage sales and provide store support to our existing Australian retail partners, and manage all day to day contact between the brand and retail stores.
As our National Account Manager you will:
? Drive business growth through your proactive and experienced approach to achieving sales and targets
? Manage assigned sales budgets and specific promotional objectives
? Manage store activity and promotional campaigns
? Train and advise store staff when needed
? Be the key point of contact with our retail partners, including head office and buying teams, and participate in strategic meetings throughout each year
? Build new, and maintain existing, business relationships at various levels
? With Marketing, develop visual merchandising and point of sale ideas to support stores and drive retail sales in line with Elixia?s Marketing Plan
? Maintain store stock levels, merchandising standards and brand integrity
? Report and analyse weekly sales, store performance and consumer activity.
As the successful candidate you will need:
? Proven retail selling skills in the cosmetics, skincare or beauty industry, with a minimum of five (5) years proven sales experience
? An established reputation as a sales professional in the cosmetics, skincare or beauty industry
? Superior communication and negotiation skills
? A flexible, friendly and outgoing nature
? An ability to work autonomously and proactively to achieve results
? A genuine passion for sales, consumers and the beauty industry
? An entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to think laterally and creatively to achieve success
? An understanding of sales budgets, financial and ROI in line with marketing initiatives
? Computer skills absolutely essential.
