Hi Dougal, I suspect that the exsisting manager Krysten will be able to handle things until the new person takes on her role. She has been with the company about 18 months I think. Also the Pulse deal doesnt expire for a few months. And the global(asia?) launch not until later this year. So I reckon the new person will have 3-4 months to get a handle on things.
I beleive this appointment will double the on staff marketing dept!
