somehow I don't think this is about to change under Albanese Gov.....

the gov is able to manage aged care staff as its entirely under federal gov jurisdiction, but hospitals and education, where staff shortages are created by the burnout rate and inadequate funding, are entirely under State gov... or at least thats the argument they will apply.

meanwhile schools, universities and health care will suffer seemingly interminably and people will wait in ever-increasing queues before any fix is managed.

    I hope I'm wrong.
