The question is, where is the legislation at regarding incinerators in SriLanka.
A metaM at 6 times the initial cost of an incinerator, when does the MetaM become the economically viable solution?. I mean environmental licensing/incentives to reduce pollution, also in terms of handling the volume of waste processing requirements and transporting the waste to landfill etc.

How many years will it take for the MetaM to pay for itself, its what most consumers asks when looking at new incremental money saving technology.
From solar technology, to fuel saving devices.. Its a bit hard to put a price on the environmental economics but legislation as being promoted and indeed from the incinerators being shut down and reason behind the recent Waste crisis may lead to the MetaM being the most viable solution.

The main competitor for any new product is its commercial viability and sustainability in a future market and survivability in the present market.

We need to see the MetaM's getting built. The testing and tweaking processes completed and production assemblies coming online. This is a perfect R&D foot in the door opportunity with government supports/incentives on both sides of the transaction. The present Market exists for MDV's sustainability and the future market also exists for MDV's growth. C'mon Macca lets toss a coin to see who bats first and get this first innings underway. Remember over the neighbors fence is six and out, and the batter has to jump over to get the ball back.
