I have to agree with you here (chalk that one up!). I can only assume that the rest of the LOs, the Traditional Heads and the Young Leaders didn't take the Warden's hearing seriously enough.
One thing about the court review, there won't be the theatrics that surrounded the wardens hearing (uniforms, placards etc) - the best thing that could happen would be for the two year moratorium to be overturned but I don't know enough about the scope and powers of the hearing to know whether that is a possible outcome.
