It's a formal event held by the government to issue / not issue BCL their Social License
I don't understand how these supporters can be so in favor of BCL, yet can't be bothered to attend the event that can fastrack their application through the legitimate channels ? Why didn't they turn up in majority, have their say and have BCL awarded the license by way of majority ?
