National Telecoms going down

Does anyone know what is happening with NTG. Their share price has been smashed in the last few days? For parts of the morning there were NO buyers on the screen. I am hearing there is an investigation on the way they finance their customers. Not only do they finance the equipment, they are also financing the future calls made by the customer. That is so dangerous in this market.

I wonder if that is why Jeff Kennett resigned.
