Well if I were building a home, for example, I would want to know how is was going to be built, where, who was going to build it, and how much. I think Skull pointed out that we would be better using existing skilled Telstra personnel in the construction of the nbn. There is just so much knowledge and intellectual property with Telstra, and the govt think they can simply reinvent the wheel. It is always the less apparent that increases costs and undermines a badly conceived plan.
