first things first - cxzo needs to be exercised by 1/1/16
effect is two fold
1. brings $ into the company (84mill * .20 is $16.8mill)
2. turns the cxzoa's to life (piggy backs)
the problem is two fold
1. share price needs to be higher than 20c to get exercise
2. do all the traders holding 1mill+ options have $200,000+ to put up for exercise ?
management needs news and someone with pockets to buy their story
