Does anyone else think had they not raised cash the way they did with the options the share price would be alot higher ? Personally i have seen this too many times when companies raise money via options only to see the share price spike because everyone wants a piece of the pie when it comes to the cheap options only go splat in the weeks / months afterwards.
Had they just raised some cash @ 20 cents to like a soph investor / placement it would be all fine an dandy.
Why didnt they do this ? Because no one was interested ?
Thoughts ?
