Centrica ws talking down the prospects fo UK shale for months....and then signed a JV ith cuadrilla.
During the CSG boom, companies and brokers were feeding gullible journalists the same lines. Unproven in Australia, technology may not work here etc etc and than bang, bang, bang! All the local players taken out for a song!
I wouldn't pay any attention to speculative assessments by unnamed sources or "experts".
