To me, an announcement that a native title deal is nearly done is like announcing that your girlfriend was nearly pregnant. So I think it's a strange kind of announcement in the first place.

From an outsider looking in, it's hard to understand why its taking so long but one can only assume one side wants more than what the other side can afford to give whilst at the same time maintaining the viability of the project.

Agree with you on cap raising. To state the obvious, OAM needs to start earning from GG as going for a cap raising down at these 2c levels with nothing substantial in the bag of tricks is going to be a disaster.
