At a minimum an action on the continuous disclosure issue would be open. There have been no material ASX announcements to indicate that there are problems in getting NT over the line. Us shareholders have been kept in the dark on what the holdup is in getting a simple signature. Obviously there are problems with getting NT over the line given the amount of time taken. There is more to this than meets the eye and shareholders have every right to be disappointed in the board and its management with their silence and apparent lack of candour on key questions troubling shareholders. Why is it taking so long to get a signature? What has the company done or is doing to expedite things?
