    I’m doubting their ability to close the deal. It has already taken them over a year with no resolution in sight. Their Ann in December 2020 said they were very close. We are now mid 2021 and still very close but no further

    The one thing they are good at is filling their own pockets, which is the only deal they have managed to accomplish very well.

    The only question is what price will the CR will be at
