(SHN) Sherlock Bay reaches agreement with traditional owners 6-May
Sherlock Bay Nickel Corporation and their subsidiary Bushjet Pty Ltd have executed an agreement with the Ngarluma People in relation to the Sherlock Bay, Mining Lease, Miscellaneous License, and existing prospecting licenses, that cover the 17 km strike length of the Sherlock Bay Nickel Project.
Under the agreement, the State Deed can now be executed allowing for the granting of the mining lease and the miscellaneous licence.
With this agreement Sherlock Bay and the Ngarluma People have entered into a long term relationship to work together cooperatively to facilitate the uninterrupted grant of tenements and conduct of operations on the project area.
This relationship will bring long term benefits to both Sherlock Bay as well as the Ngarluma People.
