I spoke to the CEO of GSE sometime back,approx 8 months ago about this possible JV when no one was aware of it..That's why i called when i saw it in a Qrtly leases diagram.It has been on the table for some time..He was excited about Duck Creek and was waiting for Howard to initiate proceeding and obviously with Howards full plate and the TIME FRAMES HR uses,things progressed slowly...
At the time it was an exciting prospect but even i can't remember the full details now, but i do remember thinking at that it would be another large feather in QMNs cap.Time will tell and we just have to wait and see the outcome..
