Hello. Russia has already decisively won the war, with minimal loss of civilians. Unlike the USA & Israel - Russia does not blow everything into rubble.
Also the Russian economy has continued to grow and its national & external debt levels are very low; unlike the countries of Europe. Russia is saturated with natural resources. Europe has no significant natural resources.
It appears Ukraine has basically few men left. Its finished. Russia succeeded in its Special Military Operation, politically, militarily & economically. The loser is Ukraine & Europe. The opening post on this topic appears to be delusional.
