The Wests outdated idea of deploying troops for Security by Confrontation has no end plan .for the objective. The Russians have mooted the idea of Security through Cooperation. The Europeans have no imagination about what this could be. Trump wants to get out of its 1.2 trillion/ yr interest bill on the $34trillion debt that has been exacerbated by this troop deployment Security by Confrontation pledge. Once the EU understands that the USA is turning the corner on this then they will have to come to terms of the impossibility for them to finance and militarize their Security by Confrontation. Only then will the door be open to the Russian proposal of Security by Cooperation...
