yes, I was thinking of Aldi a few years back...but I'm sure many costs of goods are structured so as to pay as little as possible in the higher tax jurisdiction. For e.g. Apple do this and ensure Ireland make good profits from business done here.
Amazon pays little tax here compared to turnover as does Google or Meta....Facebook also
